Tea Egg is one of the street foods in Chinese cultural. When I was a little girl in Taiwan. This was the snack that people could get at movie theater. Just like people get popcorn at movie theater. But now they can buy it at convenience store.
Usually it takes a long time to cook the tea eggs. But the instant pot made it easy. I can make it anytime I want.
